To cancel your subscription membership to CAVA, please follow the instructions below:

• Select "Activities" on the PayPal Summary Screen.

• Enter CAVA in the "Search Activities" bar and change the search dates (on the left of the bar) to include your last payment and press enter.

• Your CAVA payments will be shown on the screen.

• Select the line item of your last membership payment and press enter.

• Select "Manage CAVA payment" highlighted in blue and follow the directions to CANCEL future payments.
